1. Copyright & Image Ownership 

All photographic images remain the intellectual property of Malvern View Iris Photography.  

Clients are granted a personal-use licence only, meaning images may be used for:  

Personal display   

Social media (credit massively appreciated)   

Images must not be: 

Sold   

Edited or altered   

Used commercially without written permission  

2. Use of Images for Marketing 

We may request permission to use your images for:  

Social media   

Website   

Marketing materials   

Consent is optional and does not affect your booking or service.

3. Data Protection & Privacy 

We comply with UK GDPR.  

Your information will be:   

Stored securely   

Used only for bookings, image delivery, and legal records   

You may request access to or deletion of your data where applicable.   

4. Payment Policy 

For pop-up events 

A £20 booking fee is required 

For pop-up events, sessions are first come, first served.  

For home studio bookings 

Please contact us via telephone, email, website or social media to arrange a suitable time.  

A £20 booking fee is required. 

Full payment is required after your session for pop up and home studio bookings. We accept card payment, bank transfer and cash. 

5. Refunds & Cancellations 

All sales are final once payment has been taken. 

For home studio bookings: 

Cancellations may be accepted with reasonable notice (e.g., 24hours).   

For pop-up events:  

Missed slots or no-shows are non-refundable.   

If we need to cancel, you will be offered a reschedule or full refund.   

6. Booking & Attendance 

Home Studio: 

Appointments must be booked in advance.   

The studio address will be provided upon booking confirmation.   

Please arrive on time — late arrivals may reduce your session time.   

Pop-Up Events: 

Services may be offered on a walk-in basis but are usually pre booked.   

Waiting times may vary depending on demand if on a walk in basis.   

7. Location & Conduct 

Home Studio: 

This is a private residential space — we ask all clients to be respectful.   

Only booked individuals (and agreed guests) may attend.   

Pop-Ups: 

Please follow venue rules and staff instructions at all times.   

We reserve the right to refuse service if behaviour is unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive. 

8. Health & Safety 

Iris photography involves close-up imaging of the eye.  

You confirm you are comfortable with the process.   

Please inform us of:   

Light sensitivity   

Eye conditions   

Any discomfort during the session   

We reserve the right to stop the session if necessary.  

9. Image Delivery 

Images will be delivered within 3–7 days 

Delivery method: email or download link 

We are not responsible for:  

Incorrect contact details provided   

Technical issues outside our control   

10. Liability 

We take every care to provide a safe and professional service. However:  

Participation is at your own discretion.   

We are not liable for unforeseen technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.   

Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.   

11. Changes to Terms 

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
